# Project Leader-Claims Distribution and RepricingFully Remote • Allied Benefit Systems - CHICAGO, IL 60606## OverviewSalary Range$55,000.00 - $60,000.00 SalaryPosition TypeFull TimeCategoryClaims## Description**POSITION SUMMARY**This Project Leader is responsible for the implementation of new projects in the Claims Distribution and Repricing Department. The project leader will coordinate and ensure delivery of project deliverables on time. The Project Leader must be knowledgeable of systems and programs. The Project Lead will gather information on processes used by Claims Distribution and Repricing department to find ways to improve or enhance internal processes and workflows. The Project Leader will communicate recommendations to Claim Distribution and Repricing Management for Workflow and SOP improvement.**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS*** Lead department related projects: Including project initiation, project timelines, meetings, and on-going communications with internal and external stakeholders* Work with department Leadership to understand current operations and procedures.
