This role focuses on technical delivery leadership, analytics, and Power Platform work across AI/ML, data integration, and dashboards. Ideal candidates have an active Final Secret clearance, 8+ years of experience, and experience guiding cross-functional teams in milestone-based environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary daily interface with the government technical manager and COR.
• Lead project kickoff and ongoing technical and requirements coordination.
• Develop and maintain the integrated project schedule.
• Maintain deliverable, risk, issue, decision, dependency, and action-item tracking.
• Translate operational needs into requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized technical work.
• Coordinate AI/ML model development, dashboard development, data integration, application development, testing, demonstrations, and production reviews.
• Prepare meeting minutes, monthly progress reports, staffing updates, and percent-complete reporting.
• Manage scope boundaries and identify potential changes before out-of-scope work begins.
• Coordinate demonstrations and reviews with CASCOM capability developers and data SMEs.
• Track government dependencies involving data, access, environments, licensing, and approvals.
• Coordinate technical documentation and knowledge transfer.
