Fathom Management is seeking an experienced Senior IT Process Consultant / Business Analyst to support a Government Client modernization initiative. This onsite role in Crystal City, VA requires strong PMO experience and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Federal government project experience preferred.
• Ability to document requirements and translate into specs.
• Familiarity with PMO governance and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document current and future-state processes.
• Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders.
• Create process flows and SOPs using Visio and related tools.
• Support PMO activities including governance and reporting.
• Develop business requirements and functional specifications.
• Coordinate with technical teams for solution implementation.
• Support Agile planning and sprint activities.
• Assist leadership with process improvement initiatives.
• Prepare executive briefings and presentations.
