Job summary

Xcelerate Solutions is seeking a Program Manager in McLean, VA (Remote) to lead modernization and sustainment of mission-critical systems for defense and national security. You will leverage Agile management, DevSecOps, and AI/ML integration with cloud security to guide multidisciplinary teams and deliver secure, resilient platforms.

This role requires an Active Secret clearance, extensive experience managing large IT programs, and collaboration with Government stakeholders to ensure cost,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required.
PMP certification or equivalent required.
Experience managing large IT/consulting programs (7+ years, 10+ preferred).
Experience leading enterprise programs with 50+ personnel.
Experience with Appian and modernization initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions on schedule and within budget.
Coordinate with Government CO, TOMs, leadership, and stakeholders for successful execution.
Identify risks, develop mitigations, and resolve issues.
Oversee day-to-day management of assigned task orders and ensure deliverables meet objectives.
Maintain effective communication and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
