Precision Medicine Group is seeking an Associate Project Manager for Market Access Marketing. This remote, US-based role oversees projects from initiation to completion, ensuring deliverables meet client and internal standards within timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities include leading internal status and kickoff meetings, maintaining timelines and budgets in Workfront, and fostering collaboration across teams. A Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in an ad agency PM role are preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or similar field is preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in an advertising agency Project Management Department.
• Healthcare, Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Orchestrate day-to-day project activities with timelines, status reports, and routing.
• Promote team-first communication and mentorship; anticipate challenges.
• Create and maintain timelines, resource plans, and status updates in Workfront.
• Track project budgets with Account Services and Finance for profitability.
• Program budgets of $2–$3M with oversight.
• Pursue skill growth through mentorship and cross-team collaboration.
• Promote Precision Principles: Client Service, Purpose, Accountability, Mutual Respect and Collaboration.
• Lead internal status and kickoff meetings.
• Deliver proactive updates on timelines and resources while anticipating client needs and providing solutions.
• Integrate client-specific requirements into workflows for efficiency and compliance.
• Navigate workflow challenges to maintain operational efficiency and accountability.
• Foster candid communication during planning and execution.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks; develop contingency plans.
• Assist in training and mentorship of Project Coordinators.
• Onboard and train new hires across departments.
