Precision Medicine Group is seeking an Associate Project Manager, Market Access Marketing, to drive cross-functional project work remotely from the United States. You will coordinate timelines, budgets, and client deliverables while fostering collaboration across Account Services and Shared Services.

The role emphasizes leadership, process excellence, and adherence to budgets, with growth opportunities and a focus on Precision Principles in client service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field is preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in an advertising agency Project Management Department.
• Healthcare, Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day project activities on assigned accounts, including timelines, status reports, and budgets.
• Lead internal status and kickoff meetings and deliver proactive updates.
• Apply agency framework knowledge to integrate client requirements into workflows.
• Manage project financials and monitor budgets for profitability.
• Support training and mentorship of junior project staff and coordinators.
• Uphold Precision Principles: Client Service, Purpose, Accountability, Mutual Respect, Collaboration.
