Qualifications

• Daily client-facing experience and medical, legal, regulatory review experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead client management and serve as primary point of contact for client and internal teams.
• Develop client agendas and slide presentations; spearhead calls with clients and experts.
• Provide direction on project management to meet or exceed client expectations.
• Monitor budgets and reconcile financials; ensure proper time and cost tracking.
• Mentor and develop junior staff; conduct performance reviews and growth plans.
