Precision Medicine Group is seeking an Associate Project Manager for Market Access Marketing to coordinate projects from initiation to completion in a remote United States setting. You will drive workflows, ensure client and internal standards, and manage timelines and budgets with a focus on collaboration across teams.

The role emphasizes mentorship, operational excellence, and adherence to Precision Principles: Client Service, Purpose, Accountability, Mutual Respect and Collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or similar field is preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in advertising agency project management.
• Healthcare/Life Sciences experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day project activities with timelines and reports on assigned accounts.
• Foster open communication and mentorship within the team.
• Create and maintain timelines and resource plans in Workfront.
• Monitor project budgets and ensure profitability in collaboration with Account Services and Finance.
• Oversee program budgets of $2–$3M and ensure quality and compliance.
• Support training and mentorship of junior coordinators.
