Job summary

Precision AQ is seeking an Associate Project Manager, Market Access Marketing, to coordinate and oversee projects in a remote US setting. You will lead timelines, budgets, and cross-functional team collaboration, ensuring regulatory and client requirements are integrated into workflows.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in ad agency PM, proficiency with Workfront, Mac OS, and the MS Office suite, and a collaborative, accountable mindset. A strong track record of delivering on time is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or similar field is preferred.
• 2+ years of project management experience in an advertising agency or related.
• Healthcare/ Life Sciences experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate day-to-day project activities on assigned accounts with a collaborative mindset.
• Lead internal status and kickoff meetings and provide proactive updates.
• Manage timelines, resource plans, and status updates in Workfront.
• Oversee project budgets and profitability with Account and Finance partners.
• Ensure regulatory workflows and client requirements are integrated into plans.
• Mentor and train Coordinators and onboarding for new hires.
• Uphold Precision Principles: Client Service, Purpose, Accountability, Mutual Respect, Collaboration.
