Precision Medicine Group is seeking a Group Project Manager for healthcare and pharmaceutical advertising. This remote role leads cross-functional teams from planning through execution, ensuring projects stay on schedule, within scope and budget, and aligned with agency processes.

The role requires 7+ years of PM experience in pharma or healthcare advertising, strong leadership, and budget management skills. A Bachelor's degree is required and Workfront experience is a plus.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Seven or more years of direct project management experience.
• Pharmaceutical, healthcare advertising, or other regulated-industry experience required.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end project and program management for complex, integrated pharmaceutical advertising work across digital, print, video, and other channels.
• Partner with Account leadership to translate client plans into actionable project, timeline, budget, and resource plans.
• Oversee integrated schedules, milestones, dependencies, and approvals across multiple concurrent projects and lines of business.
• Mentor and develop junior project managers and provide workload oversight and coaching.
• Monitor scope, hours, budgets, and resource utilization; manage changes and forecasting.
