You will liaise between project teams, subcontractors, and the internal compliance group, ensuring proper wage classifications, payroll review, and documentation readiness.

The role emphasizes field execution, audit readiness, and timely corrective actions, with remote work and up to 50% travel to project sites.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in labor compliance, certified payroll, or related field.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills, attention to detail.
• Experience coordinating with field teams, contractors, and compliance staff.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook and document-management systems.

• Administer IRA prevailing-wage compliance processes across projects.
• Review wage determinations, classifications, and fringe requirements.
• Maintain project records and corrective-action status in compliance systems.
• Coordinate collection, review, and tracking of certified payroll reports.
• Verify apprentices have required registration and documentation.
• Serve as field liaison between project teams and compliance.
• Prepare periodic compliance summaries and support audits.
• Communicate changes and risks to stakeholders; drive resolution.
