Job summary

BUILD Renewables LLC is seeking a Project Labor Compliance Specialist to administer day-to-day labor compliance on renewable-energy construction projects, enforcing IRA prevailing-wage requirements and Davis-Bacon standards. You’ll work closely with project teams, subcontractors, and the internal compliance group to ensure audit-ready documentation and timely resolution of issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
• 2+ years in labor compliance, payroll, construction administration, or related field.
• Knowledge of IRA guidance, Davis-Bacon, and prevailing-wage requirements preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Administer IRA prevailing-wage compliance across projects.
• Review wage classifications, base rates and fringe-benefit requirements.
• Maintain project records and corrective-action status in compliance tools.
• Coordinate weekly certified payroll reviews with contractors and subcontractors.
• Serve as field liaison between project teams and compliance staff.
• Improve compliance procedures and workflows and support software implementations.
