Job summary

Congruex is seeking a Project Estimator for OSP construction to manage pre-sales and create cost estimates for fiber networks across multiple markets. You will evaluate engineering, design, subs, and material costs to prepare comprehensive bids.

Ideal candidates bring 3-5+ years in OSP/engineering/estimation, strong communication, and a collaborative, results-driven approach. This role is remote across markets.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years OSP/engineering/construction estimating experience.
• Thorough understanding of fiber engineering and construction methods.
• Strong communication and GRIT values alignment.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Market Congruex to existing and new customers.
• Read blueprints and generate material takeoffs.
• Prepare bid proposals and pre-construction information sheets.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and manage bid logs.
