Job summary

Crystalia Glass LLC is seeking a Full-time Project Engineer to manage operational tasks, mentor engineers, and ensure quality assurance. Responsibilities include reviewing active projects, preparing reports, and interacting with various departments to clarify technical requirements.

The ideal candidate should possess a higher technical education in Engineering, proficiency in engineering software, and at least 2–3 years of project experience, with a solid understanding of engineering principles. This position allows for full-time remote work and offers paid vacation and training programs.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years as a project engineer with a proven track record.
• Solid experience and deep understanding of core engineering design principles.
• Experience developing internal onboarding/training materials.

Responsibilities

• Daily review of active projects in ClickUp and workload distribution.
• Controlling drawing quality and checking project documentation.
• Mentoring project engineers on complex/non-standard projects.

Skills

B2+ English language

C1+ Russian/Ukrainian language

Core engineering software proficiency (AutoCAD 2D, SolidWorks 3D)

Task management systems expertise

Ability to analyze and optimize design solutions

Education

Higher technical education in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
