Crystalia Glass LLC, a U.S.-based glass solutions provider, is expanding its Supply Engineering team and seeking a Team Lead to scale operations. You will lead a four-person team, balance planning with hands-on procurement, and strengthen supplier networks across the U.S., Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.

With production facilities in both the United States and Europe, we deliver high-quality solutions to customers across the U.S.
As our business continues to grow, we are expanding our Supply Engineering team and are looking for an experienced Supply Engineering Team Lead to help scale our operations, optimize supply processes, and lead a high-performing team.
The Supply Engineering Team Lead will report directly to the Chief Technical Officer and lead a team of four Supply Engineers.
Approximately 80% of the role focuses on team leadership, coordination, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration, while 20% involves hands‑on supply engineering activities to support the team during peak workload, employee absences, or complex projects.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient procurement operations, developing internal processes, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers across the United States, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of four Supply Engineers.
Assign tasks, prioritize workloads, and monitor project deadlines.
Conduct regular one‑on‑one meetings and provide coaching and performance feedback.
Review procurement documentation, material lists, and purchase orders prepared by the team.
Support engineers with complex sourcing challenges and supplier escalations.
Coordinate procurement activities with internal stakeholders across departments.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize procurement workflows.
Report progress, risks, and operational updates to the Chief Technical Officer.
3+ years of experience as a Procurement Engineer, Supply Engineer, or in a similar engineering procurement role on the US market.
Previous people management or team leadership experience.
Experience working with suppliers across international markets, including the United States, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
Experience with procurement, sourcing, and import/export of engineering or production materials.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering documentation.
Proficiency in AutoCAD.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and PDF tools.
Experience working with task management systems such as ClickUp or similar.
Fluent English is a must.
Fluent Russian will be a plus.
