Crystalia Glass is seeking a Project Manager to join our Project Management Department. You will oversee project coordination from concept to completion, driving efficiency to ensure project success and shine in delivery.

The role supports remote work with flexible hours and a B2B focus, requiring strong client communication, engineering insight, and mastery of tools like ClickUp and HubSpot to manage the full lifecycle and keep stakeholders aligned.

Qualifications

• Must have strong ability to maintain and enhance client relationships.
• Engineering education or strong engineering experience is required.
• Capable of identifying and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
• Excellent client communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to overcome client objections effectively.
• Proficient with various software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Written and verbal communication with native speakers (B2C and B2B).
• Execute and manage the complete project lifecycle from initiation to completion in ClickUp.
• Maintaining customer data in HubSpot
• Ensure high-quality project execution and adherence to deadlines.
• Coordinate with clients to ensure their needs are met and resolve any issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and scheduling departments.
