Qualifications

• 2–3+ years as a project engineer with a proven track record.
• Experience developing internal onboarding/training materials.
• Ability to analyze and optimize design solutions.

Responsibilities

• Daily review of active projects in ClickUp.
• Mentoring project engineers on complex projects.
• Preparing weekly and monthly progress reports.

Skills

English language – B2+

Russian/Ukrainian language – C1+

Proficiency in core engineering software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks)
