Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years of commercial nuclear experience.
• 10+ years of project management experience.
• 10+ years of experience leading teams.
• Experience in a live nuclear environment.
• Demonstrated technical and management abilities with strong communication skills.
• Experience in nuclear reactor new design and construction projects.

Aufgaben

• Lead all aspects of nuclear and fuel cycle projects, ensuring safety and quality standards.
• Develop work execution plans and manage project deliverables, budget, and schedule.
• Recruit and assemble project teams, coordinating with functional managers.
• Ensure compliance with corporate and customer safety programs and quality requirements.
• Monitor project health using KPIs and rigorous reporting protocols.
• Manage contracts, including scope control and subcontractor oversight.
• Perform risk analysis and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
