Ladders is seeking a Nuclear Safety Supervisor to join a leader in Aerospace & Defense. This role oversees engineering coordination for nuclear safety, ensures regulatory compliance, and supports documentation, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting across engineering teams. You will work with the Principal Engineer to uphold standards and best practices.

The position is remote within the United States and requires U.S. citizenship and DOE site security clearance eligibility.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant engineering experience, or 4+ years with an MS/MA.
• 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Ability to obtain a DOE site security badge and maintain a Security Clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship required; dual citizenship not permitted.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate engineering efforts across disciplines
• Maintain discipline-related records and documents
• Ensure compliance with state laws and regulations for engineering documents
• Assign roles for specification preparation and coordinate reviews
• Establish project schedules and budgets, securing necessary approvals
• Maintain technical coordination with the Principal Engineer for compliance and best practices
• Direct preparation of periodic reports on discipline status
