Job summary

InEight is hiring a Project Delivery Consultant for its document management solution, primarily serving engineering and construction clients. The role is remote for North America-based candidates, emphasizing strong document control expertise and software implementation experience.

You will lead client deployments, tailor processes, train end users, and provide ongoing support while collaborating with product and delivery teams to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in document control or document management within engineering and construction environments.
• Experience implementing or supporting document management systems (InEight Document strongly preferred; similar platforms acceptable).
• Proven experience delivering training and user support for software solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of InEight’s document management solution for clients
• Analyze and assess client document control processes and recommend best practices aligned to industry standards
• Configure and support document management systems to meet project and organizational needs
• Develop and deliver end-user training (virtual and in-person) to ensure effective and successful system adoption
• Provide ongoing client support during implementation and stabilization phases
• Translate business requirements into functional solutions and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal product, support, and delivery teams to improve solution quality and client experience
• Act as a trusted advisor and client-facing representative, building strong relationships with stakeholders
• Support testing, validation, and issue resolution during implementation lifecycle
• Contribute to training materials, documentation, and continuous improvement efforts
• Self-organized and communicates well; stays focused on delivering quality services, encourages teamwork, transparency and collaboration
