Job summary

InEight, based in Perth, is seeking a Customer Experience Manager to strengthen strategic client partnerships and maximise value from our project controls platform across infrastructure, mining, oil and gas, energy, and renewables.

You will drive onboarding, adoption, and renewal, coach client teams, and collaborate with Sales, Delivery and Product to shape platform direction while meeting client needs with face‑to‑face engagement as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years in construction industry with SaaS or project controls exposure.
• Experience on major capital projects (infrastructure, mining, oil & gas, energy or renewables).
• Proficiency with project controls systems and PowerBI.

Responsibilities

• Provide best practice guidance across InEight project controls modules.
• Analyze cost/schedule data to develop dashboards and actionable insights (PowerBI).
• Advise on Earned Value, CPM, Monte Carlo analysis, lean construction and related methodologies.
• Conduct client visits to identify issues and ensure timely closures.
• Lead onboarding, adoption strategies, and client workshops.
• Collaborate with Solution Engineers, Delivery, Product Support, and Development to resolve challenges.
