Job summary

InEight is seeking a Project Delivery Consultant to implement and support InEight Document for clients in the engineering and construction sector. This remote role requires strong document control expertise and the ability to train users and drive system adoption.

You will lead client engagements, configure systems, analyze processes, and collaborate with product and delivery teams to ensure high-quality outcomes. Travel about 20% is expected to support deployments across North America.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in document control or document management within engineering and construction environments.
• Experience delivering training and user support for software solutions.
• Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Power BI, PDF software, road mapping tools (Aha!), and support tools (ServiceNow).
• Willingness to travel approximately 20%.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of document management solutions for clients.
• Analyze and assess client document control processes and recommend best practices.
• Configure and support document management systems to meet project and organizational needs.
• Develop and deliver end-user training (virtual and in-person).
• Provide ongoing client support during implementation and stabilization phases.
• Translate business requirements into functional solutions and communicate with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal product, support, and delivery teams to improve solution quality.
• Act as a trusted advisor and client-facing representative.
