Job summary

Based in Walnut Creek, CA, Celerity seeks an experienced Project Coordinator/Analyst to support Technical Project Managers. You will manage Jira/Confluence configuration, generate reports, track schedules, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time project execution.

The role requires governance of Jira/Confluence, strong communication, and proficiency with PowerPoint and MS Office. Remote-friendly position with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator, PMO Analyst, or similar role
• Hands-on Jira administration (workflows, boards, custom fields, permissions, JQL)
• Strong Confluence knowledge (space/page setup, templates, documentation structure)
• Proven ability to build reports and dashboards from Jira (native reporting, JQL filters, gadgets)
• Advanced PowerPoint skills to turn data into stakeholder-ready presentations

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager with scheduling, meeting coordination, agenda preparation, and minute-taking
• Track action items and follow up with owners to ensure on-time completion
• Assist with resource tracking, timelines, and dependency management
• Coordinate cross-functional communication between technical teams, business stakeholders, and client reps
• Support change management and UAT coordination as needed
• Assist with onboarding new team members to project tools and processes
