Job summary

Celerity Consulting Group, LLC in Walnut Creek, CA, seeks a Project Coordinator/Analyst to support Technical Project Managers in day-to-day execution. The role is remote-friendly and focuses on Jira and Confluence administration, reporting, and coordination to keep implementations on track.

You will configure Jira projects, manage boards and workflows, build dashboards from Jira, and collaborate with IT, analytics, and client teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as Project Coordinator/PMO Analyst or similar role supporting technology implementations.
• Hands-on experience administering Jira (workflows, boards, custom fields, permissions, JQL).
• Strong knowledge of Confluence (spaces, pages, templates, documentation structure).
• Ability to build Jira-based reports and dashboards (native reporting, JQL filters).
• Advanced PowerPoint skills to present data clearly to stakeholders.
• Solid project management fundamentals (timelines, RAID logs, status reporting).
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up, configure, and maintain Jira projects, boards, workflows, and permissions.
• Create and maintain Confluence spaces, pages, templates, and repositories.
• Ensure data integrity in Jira and manage backlog grooming support.
• Manage user access and project configurations with IT/Jira admins.
• Troubleshoot Jira/Confluence issues for project teams.
• Support PM with scheduling, meeting coordination, and minute-taking.
• Track actions, owners, and follow-up for on-time delivery.
• Assist with resource tracking, timelines, and dependency management.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication between technical teams, stakeholders, and clients.
• Support change management and UAT coordination; onboarding for new tools.
