Qualifications
- Experience with full lifecycle software implementation or configurations.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical specs and deliverables.
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead customer requirements gathering sessions with Project Managers and translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Create clear Scope of Work documents including deliverables, timelines, pricing, and change requests.
- Support project leadership by aligning efforts with strategic goals and fostering team engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver process and system improvements.
- Ensure smooth handovers, maintain stakeholder relationships, and build domain expertise.
