You will create Scope of Work documents and support project leadership, leveraging MS Office, JIRA, Salesforce, and PM methodologies to drive successful software implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years in software implementation or technical support.
• Proficient in MS Office, JIRA, Salesforce; PM methodologies knowledge.
