Job summary

You will support engineering and construction teams across wind, solar, and transmission projects, manage records in Oracle Primavera Unifier, train users, and assist with invoicing and change orders.

The role requires strong document control experience, software training ability, and coordination of material deliveries, with occasional site visits for kickoff activities.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience tracking project progress, maintaining records, and managing documentation.
• Document control and document management experience.
• Proficiency with Oracle Primavera Unifier.
• Experience training end-users on software applications and business processes.
• Technical troubleshooting and user support skills.
• Experience coordinating material deliveries and maintaining delivery records.
• Understanding of invoice processing and accounts payable support tasks.
• Experience submitting service confirmations, purchase-related documentation, and change orders.

Responsibilities

• Aid in managing processes, records, documents and reports within Oracle Primavera Unifier.
• Train new users on software and provide technical support.
• Confirm receipt of material deliveries for invoice processing.
• Submit service confirmations and change orders for PO's or vendor services.
• Set up administrative third-party accounts (e.g., UPS, Office Depot).
• Assist EPC with training needs and documentation per contract.
• Create and review weekly reports and track project documents.
