Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company is seeking a Project Coordinator for a remote long-term contract role with travel to various sites. You will support Engineering and Construction teams across Wind, Solar, Transmission, Substation, and Storage projects, reporting to the client management team.

Responsibilities include managing records in Oracle Primavera Unifier, training end-users, processing invoices, and coordinating deliveries and change orders.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience tracking project progress and maintaining records.
• Document control and document management experience.
• Proficiency with Oracle Primavera Unifier.
• Experience training end-users on software applications and business processes.
• Technical troubleshooting and user support skills.
• Experience coordinating material deliveries and maintaining delivery records.
• Understanding of invoice processing and accounts payable support tasks.
• Experience submitting service confirmations, purchase-related documentation, and change orders.
• Experience supporting utility, transmission, substation, solar, wind, battery storage, or large capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage processes, records, documents, and reports within the Oracle Primavera Unifier software.
• Train new users on software as it pertains to their department and job tasks and provide technical support/trouble shooting.
• Confirm receipt of material deliveries for invoice processing.
• Submit service confirmations and change orders for vendor material or services.
• Set up administrative 3rd party accounts such as UPS, Office Depot.
• Request site trailer items from EPC.
• Order trucks and obtaining insurance.
• Ordering office supplies, site swag, mock kits and oil sample kits.
• Review and track documents.
• Work with EPC on training needs and supplying correct documents according to contract.
• Create Weekly Report
• Review EPC documents and verify uploaded correctly.
• Weekly Reporting (POWs, CSUs, other weekly reports)
• Create Service Confirmations and Change Orders for POs
• Process Invoices
• PO Origination Requests in GEP
• Assist Legal, Financing & Independent Engineers
• Maintain contact list for projects
• Update Unifier
• Attend /call-in for Meeting: Daily POD, Weekly POW, Weekly Check-ins, Monthly

About the role: The Project Coordinator is a remote long-term contract role. You will travel to sites for kickoffs or other site visits, which we encourage. You will provide administrative support to the Engineering and Construction site team. The team works on different projects, including Wind, Wind Repower, STRP, Transmission and Substation, Solar, Solar Repower, Energy Storage, Battery Augmentation, and Remediation projects. You will report to the client management team.
