Job summary

Maryland Energy Advisors is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the energy efficiency program delivery. You will work with the program manager, field staff, subcontractors, and clients to keep tasks on schedule, ensure accurate documentation, and maintain open communication across stakeholders.

Ideal candidates are tech-savvy, organized, and proactive, with strong problem-solving and writing skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Experience supporting energy efficiency or utility programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the operations of a residential utility energy efficiency program; ensure smooth delivery and positive customer experience.
• Track, monitor, and report project status and KPIs for internal and client reporting.
• Maintain program forecasts, dashboards, and performance data for visibility and alignment.
• Provide day-to-day support to field staff and subcontractors; coordinate assignments and resolve questions.
• Maintain proactive communication with subcontractors, customers, and program teams; troubleshoot issues.
• Assist onboarding and ongoing engagement of subcontractors and strengthen relationships.
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency, customer experience, and quality control.
• Maintain organized program documentation and ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance.
• Perform other duties to support program operations and organizational goals.
