EEI is seeking a Project Coordinator to organize, coordinate, and support admin details for data center and mission-critical projects. You will work with project managers, commissioning pros, clients, and vendors to keep schedules, docs, and deliverables on track.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating project documentation, schedules, and meetings.
• Strong written and verbal communication for diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and stay organized.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. full-time.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project schedules, meetings, travel, documentation, and follow-up.
• Track action items, timelines, deliverables, and communication needs.
• Prepare, format, edit, and maintain project documents and reports.
• Support Project Managers, Mechanical Leads, and technical teams.
• Maintain accurate project information in shared workspaces and systems.
• Assist with expense reporting, travel coordination, and training records.
• Help create a smooth project experience for team members.
