Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Project Coordinator for its EESS Project Services team. This remote-based position supports equipment-only and turnkey projects for government and commercial data centers, managing orders, procurement, logistics, invoicing, and financial reporting.

You will act as the key liaison between customers and cross-functional teams, ensuring accurate data and timely project execution to achieve high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 3+ years in order management, project administration, or supply chain support.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Resident in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of equipment-only and turnkey projects for government and commercial data center customers.
• Manage customer orders from entry to delivery, tracking changes and issue resolution.
• Coordinate procurement, logistics, shipments, and scheduling to meet timelines.
• Track project costs, process invoices, and maintain AR/AP records and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and data, RMAs and freight claims, and drive improvements.
