Job summary

Eaton Corporation is seeking a Team Leader, Data Center Project Manager for a remote United States-based role with preference near Eaton facilities. You will co-manage programs, lead a team of Project Managers, and collaborate with sales, engineering, and services to deliver high-profile data center projects for hyperscale customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in electrical industry project management and/or field sales.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Relocation assistance not available; must reside in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Co-manage the program with designated project team members and drive project management processes.
• Drive pricing negotiation and configuration changes to support faster approvals.
• Lead, attract, hire, develop, and retain Project Managers.
• Coordinate with Field Engineering Managers to ensure project success and alignment with sales goals.
• Manage financials, customer interfaces, and escalations across nationwide field services teams.
