Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Field Project Manager responsible for leading the execution of complex datacenter projects. This role is remote but candidates must live within 50 miles of any Eaton office west of the Mississippi River.

The successful candidate will manage project orders, ensuring technical accuracy and customer satisfaction. A Bachelor's degree, extensive experience in the electrical industry, and project management background are required. Compensation ranges from $99,000 to $145,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years electrical industry experience.
• Minimum 2 years project management experience.
• Possess and maintain a valid and unrestricted driver’s license.
• At least 2 years data center experience preferred.
• PMP Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of complex datacenter projects.
• Serve as a primary technical liaison for stakeholders.
• Drive financial performance by improving project profitability.
• Support capability building by mentoring less experienced project managers.
