This person will help manage projects from initial request through production, keeping deliverables, information, timelines, and communication organized across multiple teams and outside partners.

Coordinate multiple creative projects simultaneously, ensuring work moves efficiently through each stage of the process.
Manage project intake by gathering required information, files, specifications, and other materials needed to begin production.
Coordinate handoffs between internal teams and external production partners.
Track project timelines, deliverables, and outstanding items while keeping stakeholders informed of progress.
Communicate professionally with project stakeholders regarding updates, questions, potential delays, and next steps.
Maintain accurate project information across project management platforms, spreadsheets, communication tools, and other systems.
Coordinate requests for creative assets and materials needed to complete projects.
Review project information for accuracy and completeness before work moves into production.
Help identify workflow challenges and bottlenecks and work with team members to find practical solutions.
Support quality control efforts to ensure deliverables meet established guidelines and requirements.
Assist with process improvements and new creative initiatives as the team continues to grow.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
Previous experience in project coordination, administrative support, creative operations, or another project-based environment.
Experience using project management or workflow platforms such as Airtable, Asana, Smartsheet, or similar tools.
Ability to understand and interpret technical drawings, plans, specifications, layouts, or other visual/technical documentation.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines at once.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
