Job summary

Reef is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator with a focus on scheduling and production coordination for construction/trades projects. You will manage project flow from sales through to production delivery, coordinating schedules and allocating work to crews to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires excellent English communication, strong organizational skills, and experience coordinating with internal teams, contractors, and clients.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken and written English
• Previous experience in project coordination, scheduling, or operations within construction, trades, or property services environments
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines
• Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams, contractors, and clients
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adjust schedules when unexpected issues arise
• High attention to detail when managing project timelines and operational documentation
• Comfortable using scheduling, CRM, or project management systems
• Fast and reliable internet connection; own laptop/desktop and quiet workspace

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project schedules and allocate work to painting crews via Production Manager
• Ensure projects move from confirmation to completion efficiently
• Reduce average project completion cycle timeline to boost revenue growth
• Collaborate with sales and production to keep projects scheduled and crews utilized
• Keep clients informed throughout the process
