Reef is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator with a focus on scheduling and production coordination for construction/trades projects. You will manage project flow from sales through to production delivery, coordinating schedules and allocating work to crews to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires excellent English communication, strong organizational skills, and experience coordinating with internal teams, contractors, and clients.

About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Project Coordinator : Scheduling & Production Coordination Specialist to manage the flow of confirmed projects from sales through to production delivery.

You’ll coordinate project schedules, allocate work to painting crews through the Production Manager, and ensure projects move from confirmation to completion as efficiently as possible.

Reducing average project completion cycle timeline is a major priority for the business as it directly impacts revenue growth and operational scalability.

You’ll work closely with the sales team (who confirm projects) and the production manager to ensure projects are scheduled quickly, crews remain fully utilised, and clients are kept informed throughout the process.

This role suits someone who has experience coordinating construction, trades, or property services projects and enjoys bringing structure and efficiency to complex operational environments.
