Spectrum Science is seeking a Project Coordinator to join the Clinical Trial Experience Project Delivery team. You will manage client expectations, develop schedules, and coordinate cross-functional deliverables across creative, digital, and technical disciplines in a hybrid, remote-friendly environment.

You will support vendor coordination, oversee small to mid-sized projects with supervision, and help ensure project success through effective communication and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–2 years experience in PM/Client service roles or internship in marketing/communications/advertising.
• Healthcare, life science, pharmaceutical experience a plus.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Highly collaborative and solution-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assist with creating estimates and schedules under supervision.
• Apply workflows and best practices across digital and traditional disciplines.
• Ensure client expectations are met during delivery.
• Execute project tasks across creative, digital, media, tech with supervision.
• Coordinate with external vendors through the lifecycle (web, translation, print).
• Support data tracking and task delivery.
• Develop skills in Work Management System and manage project data/assets.
• Support digital executions (web, display, emails) under supervision.
• Monitor progress and report risks with guidance from leadership.
