Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is hiring a Clinical Trials Associate to keep clinical projects organized, accurate, and moving forward. You’ll provide administrative and project-tracking support to clinical project teams, ensuring key activities and documentation are completed on time and to a high standard.

You will work with Project Managers, Lead CRAs, CRAs, and other team members across multiple time zones in a remote setting open to candidates in Argentina, Mexico, and Brazil.

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification or equivalent
• At least 1 year of related experience
• Proficiency in English and local language
• Knowledge of ICH, GCP, FDA or EU directives
• Excellent attention to detail and communication

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track system access for project team members
• Maintain project portals and perform quality checks to ensure up-to-date documents
• Support preparation, shipment, version control, and filing of clinical trial documentation
• Track and maintain project information including site logs and personnel details
• Prepare and distribute accurate meeting minutes for sponsor and internal meetings
• Coordinate and track project-specific training to keep teams informed
• Provide timely, accurate administrative support for efficient trial delivery
