Job summary

LabConnect seeks a Project Coordinator to collaborate with Project Managers, internal departments, sites, and sponsors on daily clinical trial projects. You will maintain communication, update dashboards, and support study setup and material distribution across multiple teams.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain clear communication with Sponsors, CROs, PMs and internal teams.
• Update project status to PMs and direct manager monthly.
• Support investigation/resolution of quarantine samples as needed.
• Manage site lists and ensure site data accuracy across databases.
• Process Lab Report Access Forms and route to QA.
• Prepare and distribute study materials and dashboards.
