Job summary

University of Wisconsin-Green Bay seeks a Project Coordinator for the Behavioral Health Training Partnership (BHTP) to advance statewide training initiatives across Wisconsin. You will lead coordination, manage budgets, analyze data, and support partnerships with the BHTP Director, county partners, and the Wisconsin Department of Health Services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in human service or business-related field at time of application.
• 5 years of related experience in behavioral health services.
• Working knowledge of desktop hardware and standard business software programs (e.g. word processing, spreadsheets, database) and the Internet.

Responsibilities

• Establishes, monitors, coordinates, and controls project budgets versus actual expenditures and budget reporting.
• Develops, enhances, and maintains operational standards and systems to support project teams.
• Analyzes data and trends, compiles progress reports, and provides appropriate recommendations or conclusions.
• Serves as the initial point of contact for the project(s), serves on committees, and attends meetings representing the interests of the project(s).
• Develops, schedules, coordinates, and prioritizes project work plans in accordance with specifications and resource limitations. Researches, develops, facilitates, and delivers program content and materials.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in human service or business-related field
