Join the READY RURAL team and play a key role in advancinginnovative rural healthcare education and workforce developmentacross Wisconsin. We are seeking a highly organized, collaborative,and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to serve as the operationallead for the day-to-day implementation of this transformative grantinitiative.
In this role, you will coordinate project timelines, meetings,communications, documentation, partner engagement, budget tracking,and reporting activities while supporting multiple interconnectedworkstreams, including simulation-based education, Virtual Care,mobile simulation, workforce pathways, and rural healthcarepartnerships. Working closely with faculty, staff, healthcareorganizations, technical colleges, public health agencies, andcommunity stakeholders, you will help translate strategic grantobjectives into coordinated action, ensuring project milestones,deliverables, and budget requirements are successfullyachieved.
