Job summary

Universities of Wisconsin seeks a Project Coordinator to join the Behavioral Health Training Partnership (BHTP). You will oversee statewide training initiatives, coordinate with partners, and drive continuous improvement in behavioral health resources and community outcomes.

The role emphasizes collaboration, budget management, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement, aligning with UW-Green Bay’s mission and values. This is a full-time, exempt position with telecommuting options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in human service or business-related field at time of application.
• 5 years of related experience in behavioral health services.
• Working knowledge of desktop hardware and standard business software programs.

Responsibilities

• Establishes, monitors, coordinates, and controls project budgets versus actual expenditures and budget reporting.
• Develops, enhances, and maintains operational standards and systems to support project teams.
• Analyzes data and trends, compiles progress reports, and provides appropriate recommendations or conclusions.
• Serves as the initial point of contact for the project(s), represents interests on committees and meetings.
• Develops, schedules, coordinates, and prioritizes project work plans in accordance with specifications and resource limitations.

Skills

5 years of related experience in BH

Working knowledge of desktop hardware

Proficient in office software

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in human service or business-related field

Master’s Degree in human service or business-related field
