Job summary

COUNTY OF DANE is seeking a experienced supervisor for the Behavioral Health Resource Center (BHRC) Resource Navigation team. You will oversee daily operations, staff performance, and the development of workflows to ensure effective service delivery.

You will collaborate with the leadership team to plan activities, improve data collection, and maintain high-quality, culturally responsive services for the community. A valid driver’s license and relevant Behavioral Health experience are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work or related field and minimum two years of professional Behavioral Health experience.
• In lieu of a Master’s degree: a bachelor’s degree plus four years of professional Behavioral Health experience, or six years combined lived/professional experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of BHRC Resource Navigation team daily operations and staffing.
• Develops workflows, schedules, and workload distribution to ensure unit coverage.
• Supports staff development, quality assurance, and adherence to policies.
• Collaborates with leadership to plan activities and address challenges.
