Job summary

Hanwha Qcells USA Corp (Qcells USA) seeks a Senior Manager, Project Controls to lead a team of Commercial Managers and Project Accountants on Self-Perform Solar Projects. You will drive cost control, scheduling, and contract management while coordinating with project directors, construction managers, and finance teams.

The role requires strong leadership, communication skills, and a track record in handling complex projects, negotiations, and risk mitigation in renewable energy EPC contexts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years in project management or cost control in renewable energy.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Commercial Managers and Project Accountants on Self-Perform Solar Projects.
• Oversee risk and opportunity assessments and change management.
• Prepare monthly executive reports and forecasts.
• Ensure adherence to contractual obligations and company policies.
• Collaborate with project directors, project managers, and construction managers to meet objectives.
