Job summary

QC Servion is seeking an experienced Project Controls Manager to join the Program Management Office. This remote role supports cost management, schedule performance, forecasting, and program controls across data center and mission-critical programs in the QC Ecosystem.

You will partner with PMs, cost estimators, and leadership to deliver reliable data, forecasts, and disciplined controls. The position emphasizes connecting cost, schedule, risk, and execution data into actionable insights to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Controls, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 5-10+ years of experience in project controls, scheduling, cost engineering, construction controls, program controls, or capital project delivery.
• Experience supporting data center, infrastructure, utility, energy, industrial, mission-critical, or large-scale capital construction programs.
• Strong understanding of scheduling, cost forecasting, performance measurement, change management, risk management, and program reporting.
• Experience developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules and performance metrics.
• Working knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM), including CPI, SPI, EAC, and variance analysis.
• Experience with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, project controls platforms, and cost forecasting tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze project and program schedules across multiple workstreams.
• Monitor schedule performance, identify delays, risks, and impacts; partner with teams for recovery opportunities.
• Support budget tracking, forecasting, and performance measurement activities.
• Maintain risk registers, track risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies across programs.
• Develop dashboards and reports; consolidate data for executive-level reporting.
• Ensure data integrity and establish a single source of truth for performance information.
• Coordinate with Program Managers, Cost Estimators, and stakeholders across the QC Ecosystem.
