Job summary

OnQCx is seeking an Owner’s Rep Construction Project Manager to act as a virtual extension of the Owner’s team, aligning with goals, schedules, and cost controls. You will drive best practices and ensure on-time delivery for data center upgrades across multiple locations.

Role requires a decade of PM experience in mission-critical facilities, with strong coordination of designers, contractors, and vendors, plus robust communication and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Construction Management, Construction Project Management, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or Architecture.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant PM experience.
• GC experience preferred / solid construction background.
• Mission-critical (data center specific) experience.
• Cross-functional team experience in a high-tech environment.
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage upgrades/retrofit construction program across the data center portfolio globally.
• Forecast program budget, cash flow and funding with Cost Control.
• Update quarterly forecast, budget spend status and secure funding approvals.
• Drive improvements in process and documentation through metrics.
