Job summary

QC Servion, LLC is seeking an experienced Cost Estimator to support multiple data center programs. The role involves cost planning, budgeting, estimate validation, and collaboration with engineering, construction, and PMO teams across the QC Ecosystem.

This is a remote position within the United States. The ideal candidate will have extensive estimating experience on data center and mission-critical projects, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate scope and procurement strategies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field.
• 5+ years of estimating, cost management, preconstruction, commercial management, or capital project delivery experience.
• Experience on data center, mission-critical, industrial, infrastructure, or large commercial projects.
• Ability to review and validate contractor estimates, budgets, and pricing assumptions.
• Knowledge of cost planning, quantity takeoffs, budget development, procurements, and schedule impacts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cost estimates across project lifecycle (conceptual to detailed).
• Build cost models for planning, budgeting, and executive decision-making.
• Benchmark costs against similar projects and maintain current market data.
• Review, validate, and challenge contractor estimates and pricing.
