Job summary

QC Servion is seeking an experienced Cost Estimator to join the Program Management Office and support multiple entities on complex data center, infrastructure, and mission-critical development programs. You will partner with development, program management, engineering, construction, and funding stakeholders to drive cost planning, budgeting, and commercial decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires translating technical scope and procurement strategy into accurate cost

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 5+ years of estimating, cost management, preconstruction, commercial management, or capital project delivery experience.
• Experience with data center, mission-critical, infrastructure, or utility projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain conceptual, schematic, design development, and detailed cost estimates across the project lifecycle.
• Build and maintain cost models to support planning and executive decision-making.
• Review contractor/consultant estimates and quantify cost impacts of design changes and procurement decisions.
• Coordinate with scheduling to understand schedule impacts and align costs with master plans.
