Qualifications

• Project controls experience on data centers or large capital construction programs.
• Scheduling, cost management, and earned-value reporting you have actually delivered on a running project.
• The ability to turn raw field data into reporting that drives a decision.
• Self-direction across multiple engagements without needing to be managed closely.

Responsibilities

• Own schedule, cost, and analytics across a portfolio of active commissioning and construction engagements in the US.
• Flag schedule and budget risk with enough lead time to actually act on it and inform leadership.
• Turn field data into reliable, decision-ready reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Communicate clearly and proactively across multiple live projects, with minimal supervision.
