Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Project Controls Specialist to support the Data Center development team across the North America portfolio. You will manage cost control processes and reporting, aligning forecasts with funding and month-end close-out activities.

You will collaborate with the North America Commercial Director and Project Team Commercial Managers to ensure financial processes run smoothly from inception to completion, while upholding governance and compliance standards.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, or a related field is required.
• Professional certifications like PMP or P.E. are industry-standard and highly desirable.
• 5-7 years of experience in delivering mission-critical construction projects within corporate real estate or military settings.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Financial Oversight: Create and manage a cost and commercial management process with forecasts aligned to funding, billings, and close-out activities.
• Drive Change Control: Evaluate budget revisions, review contractor invoices, and flag risks or changes promptly.
• Ensure Governance & Compliance: Develop governance and training materials and ensure projects follow approved parameters.
